Food52 has been a beloved media brand in the food and lifestyle space since its inception in 2009. In more recent years, the company experienced the rapid expansion of its e-commerce business, specializing in kitchen and home products.
My Role
- Senior Copywriter
- Executed brand marketing campaigns in collaboration with high-level stakeholders from the design, marketing, and buying teams.
- Delivered sharp, creative brand copy across channels, including site, social, email, and print and direct mail.
- Created brand-forward concepts for seasonal direct mail pieces (on average 4-5 annually, up to 500,000 circulation).
- Led copywriting on new business verticals, including Food52 Pantry and Dansk.
- Oversaw copy for the brand partnership team's Brand Studio. In addition to concepting campaigns and writing copy, managed freelancers and ensured that they were on-voice for 50+ brand partnership campaigns annually, including: LG, All-Clad, and Sonos.
