Site Content, Storytelling & User Journeys
Joon Loloi is a destination for home enthusiasts and members of the trade and aims to create an engaging, seamless shopping experience for both. The company leads with expert knowledge, roots in artisan craft, and collaborations with industry leaders—engaging their audience through rich storytelling and curated design inspiration.
- Lead all copy and content initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders across departments, including: merch, UX, CX, design, and site ops.
- As sole copywriter, write all: PDPs, collection, landing, and support pages, email, paid social, editorial, and print pieces.
- Create educational content around products to encourage conversion and set customer expectations, including: product feature modules, buying guides, and (in production) design how-tos.
- Collaborate with UX design team to create seamless customer journeys, including orders, returns, and support content and communications.
- Interview talent for long-form editorial pieces with the objective to build out brand storytelling and more meaningfully engage with Joon Loloi's audience.
- Create storytelling behind every product release, including multiple collections per season and product collaborations, including Heidi Caillier x Joon Loloi and Lone Fox x Joon Loloi.
- Execute educational and editorial content supporting the products, including a behind-the-scenes look at furniture making, traditional craft in India, and buying guides.
